Acceptance
These terms govern access to Promptly, including business dashboards, public booking pages, AI intake, calendar scheduling, customer communications, and related services.
What Promptly Provides
Promptly provides software that helps home-service businesses collect booking requests, qualify service needs, schedule appointments, send notifications, and view customer and booking information.
Pilot Billing
During pilots, any fees are as agreed in writing with each business, billed manually through Stripe invoices or payment links. Setup is included, and the business may cancel anytime during the pilot.
Business Owner Responsibilities
Business owners are responsible for service delivery, licensing, insurance, pricing, job acceptance, customer communications outside Promptly, and honoring appointments that they accept or confirm.
AI Intake Limits
Promptly uses AI to assist with intake and scheduling. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Business owners should review bookings and customer details before relying on them for operational decisions.
No Emergency Use
Promptly is not an emergency dispatch system. Customers with urgent safety issues should call emergency services or contact the business directly by phone.
Third-Party Services
Promptly depends on services such as Google Calendar, Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, Vercel, and Stripe. Calendar sync, notifications, confirmations, hosting, and payments may fail or be delayed.
Cancellation And Data
During the pilot, either party may cancel. Promptly will stop future manual billing after cancellation and provide a reasonable path to export or delete business data on request.
